Entirely dedicated to ancient, modern, and contemporary ceramic and glass arts, this major event has now established itself as the unmissable gathering on the international art scene.

A true meeting point between time-honored craftsmanship and contemporary innovation, the fair aims to establish these materials as artistic disciplines in their own right, deserving a place in the world’s greatest collections. A pioneering fair in France in its field, Ceramic Art Fair + Glass celebrates the artistry of ceramics and glass, attracting international collectors and art professionals, as well as enthusiasts and the general public.

Guided by values of transmission, artisanal excellence, and innovation, the event highlights unique pieces where technical virtuosity dialogues with pure emotion. It stands as a hymn to matter metamorphosed by fire, a bridge spanning art history and the most modern expressions of design and sculpture.

Making its debut at the 2026 edition, the Isabelle Laverny Gallery—a steadfast ambassador for art that intimately links creation with life—will showcase the worlds of four of the artists it represents, including an immersive experience into the poetic worlds of Florence Lemiegre, a ceramic sculptor and the gallery’s resident artist since 2005. The highlight of this presentation will be the exclusive unveiling of a masterful piece radiating a state of suspended plenitude: a giant Autumn Moon (Moon d’automne géante) fashioned from a vibrant and deep red clay from Normandy. This Moon embodies all by itself the artist’s magnetic telluric force and mastery of volumes. Earth-born or fallen from the sky, this Moon forms a rich parterre of a thousand flowers that communicate their strength, peace, and energy to the viewer, alongside their fragile and ephemeral splendor. They offer us a spiritual journey into the garden of dreams and emotions, serving as sources of meditation on the beauty of nature.

A work born from excellent savoir-faire and breathtaking creativity, it required 24 hours of engraving work, 81 hours of brush-glazing, and 35 nuances of enamels.

Galerie Isabelle Laverny will also unveil a sharp selection highlighting the iconographic and technical richness of Florence Lemiegre’s other flagship collections:

Les Bouquets d’âmes sœurs (Soulmate Bouquets): Delicate compositions charged with a powerful narrative resonance and deep poetry that celebrate love and the resonance of feelings.

Les Culbutos: Monostatic sculptures playing on the notions of grounding, balance, and lightness. The Culbutos oscillate, sway, and hesitate before finding an anchoring point. The artist explores imbalance and balance, instability and stability, strength and fragility. For her, the Culbutos are also the graphic representation of the ultimate symbolic object of resilience, as described by the ethologist and neuropsychiatre Boris Cyrulnik.

Les Noli me tangere pistils: Works with plant-like and organic forms akin to coral, overlapping lamellae, or finely chiseled lace. They crystallize sensory conversations and mysterious, elegant chatter from the depths of the sea. Like a siren’s song, they seem to whisper a silent and unutterable melody that resonates in our ears—doubtless one where marine ecosystems recover their biodiversity and where nature finally reclaims its rights. Florence Lemiegre seeks to transcribe the emotion of an oceanic language. The corollas of the sculptures are adorned with tiny flowers and dressed in numerous pistils. Each pistil, as fine and light as a hair, moves with the simplest displacement of ambient air. This movement creates the sensation that tiny vibrations and oscillations escape from the entrails of the piece. Like a silent, almost interior melody, they resemble imperceptible breaths: the earthenware or stoneware artwork seems to come alive.

Les Chandoiseaux: In December 2025, Musées de France officially confirmed the acquisition of Florence Lemiegre’s major works, “The Chandoiseaux I” and “The Chandoiseaux II”, for the permanent collection of the Château de Martainville, Museum of Norman Traditions and Arts. They are now on display on the first floor of the museum’s Régence Hall.

Buoyed by this recent institutional recognition, the artist is now unveiling her brand-new creations, “The Chandoiseau XI” and “The Chandoiseau XII”, presented exclusively by Galerie Isabelle Laverny at the Ceramic Art Fair + Glass 2026. Crafted in keeping with the traditional craftsmanship and regional roots of Normandy that have captivated national museums, these unique pieces are a direct continuation of a body of work that has now become part of our national heritage.

The world of the Chandoiseaux lies at the heart of Florence Lemiegre’s exploration of balance and imbalance, as well as the fundamental concepts of movement, vibration, and breath. The artist also addresses biodiversity and our relationship with nature. These majestic candlesticks, adorned with delicate birds, flowers, and leaves, rise like structures of light where earthenware becomes the vessel for a motionless flight. Through this stylized flora and fauna, the artist infuses the material with a sculptural lyricism imbued with poetry and finesse.

Ceramic Art Fair Paris (now Ceramic Art Fair + Glass) is a pioneering modern and contemporary art fair in France, entirely dedicated to the arts of fire, principally ceramics and glass.

Founded by Victoria Denis, an architect-scenographer and collector, and Hélène de Vanssay, a cultural events expert, the Ceramic Art Fair aims to promote the place occupied by ceramics and glass arts within the creative field. Its ambition is to federate a demanding scene, build connections between collectors, decorators, cultural institutions, and art lovers, and bring forth new perspectives.

Created in Paris in December 2024, this event was born from the observation that the French capital crucially lacked a major gathering entirely devoted to the arts of fire—disciplines too often confined to simple fine craft.

The very first edition was intentionally launched to coincide with the prestigious contemporary art week in Paris (led by Art Basel Paris). It took place in October 2025 in the prestigious and intimate setting of the Maison de l’Amérique latine (Hôtel Amelot de Gournay), in the heart of the 7th arrondissement of Paris. This highly strategic timing immediately drew collectors and professionals from all over the world.

For this second edition, the event grows in scale, welcoming nearly 40 French and international galleries, recognized for the singularity of their choices and the accuracy of their vision. They now share a vast exhibition space of 1,300 m² within the Maison de l’Amérique latine, a venue for art and cultural exchanges famous for its unique oval courtyard, its bold architecture built in 1712 by Germain Boffrand, and complemented by 1,500 m² of sumptuous private gardens.
