Salon d’Automne 2017 - Paris - Sculptures Céramique de Florence Lemiegre

This year, an installation of the “Moons d’hiver“ of Florence Lemiegre shown at the Salon d’Automne of Paris on the Champs-Élysées.

For this 114th edition, 900 artists of 45 different nationalities have been selected. They express themselves through painting, sculptor, drawing, photography, environmental art, artist book, digital art and video.

For this edition 114th edition, Jacques Villeglé has accepted to be the representing of the Salon d’Automne of Paris. Major figure of the New Realists group that marked history by its both artistic and sociopolitical impact, Jacques Villeglé contributes, through its support, to the renewal of this event dedicated to enable the general public to connect with professionals of art from all over the world.

The Salon d’Automne also welcomes two special guests: Yvon Taillandier and Ambroise Monod (Récup’art).

SOME HISTORY

Created in 1903 and for its 114th edition, the Salon d’Automne will be held from October 12nd to October 15th 2017 on the Champs-Élysées avenue. Nationally and internationally renowned, the Salon d’Automne of Paris has enabled the emergence of major figures and movements at the very origin of artistic revolutions of the 20th Century. It continues to offer a very extended panel of creation, rich of the variety of medium as well of the diversity of artists from all around the world. Thanks to this location, on the Champs-Élysées, at the very heart of the capital, the Salon d’Automne is an unmissable rendez-vous of the contemporary artistic scenery.
